Delivery Options

We at Mobility Scooters Plus sincerely believe that you will not find the same mobility products anywhere in the UK at better prices.

As part of our commitment to bring you the lowest prices possible, we have all of our mobility products priced for a courier delivery. However we also provide the option to have a mobility product delivered personally by one of our staff. If you prefer this then all you have to do is select the “accompanied delivery” during the checkout process.

We can normally get mobility products to you within 5 working days but can achieve this quicker if required  so don’t hesitate to ask us and we will do our best! For Scottish Highlands and non-mainland addresses there could be additional charges for deliveries

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled, or be assembled and checked here prior to delivery. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure  that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and all of the packaging will be disposed of for you. The cost for this service is £95.00 and it can be selected in the checkout when placing your order (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)


Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". This is a free service included in the price shown on the website. With the standard delivery option you will still have the mobility product delivered to your property, but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck! (There may be extra charges for highlands and islands postcodes)

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. A charge will be made for return carriage, or you have the option to return the item to us yourself.
