Designed to support the whole body including the shoulders. This sling is for users who possess good head control. It can be used an all round sling, being particularly suitable for the elderly. 

The whole body will be supported comfortably and the users view will not be obstructed. Ideal for seated to seated transfers, the Standard sling is very easy to fit. The fabric to the rear section has been strengthened to ensure even weight distribution and comfort. Various size choices are available.

Three choices of fabric are available: 

*Polyester - easy to apply, slides smoothly and is washable ( as standard ) 

*Net Fabric - which is ideal for shower, bathing or wet room use. Dries quickly

*Spacer Fabric - this fabric is slightly elastic and will adapt well to the users body shape. This is well suited for users with skin integrity issues

If the user will spend long periods in the sling then a risk assessment for skin integrity should be carried out to ensure the correct fabric and sling are selected. If you are unsure about which sling to select please consult your medical practitioner.

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure  that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)

Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in it's original packaging. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and all debit cards.

You can also use your PayPal account to order via the website.

How to order:

You can order your new product in a variety of ways to suit you:

  1. Fill in the secure on-line form with your credit/debit card details, or purchase using Paypal.
  2. Fill in the contact form with an outline of the product that you would like and we will fill in the form for you.
  3. Fill in the contact from requesting a call back from us.

Payments:

You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or we can organise a bank transfer for you. We also accept Paypal. Your payment can be made to the delivery person in certain circumstances when our Accompanied Delivery option is selected (please check with us for details). We do not offer payment terms or finance plans.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
