The Re-usable, Neo G Hot & Cold Therapy Pack remains malleable when frozen, providing up to 15 minutes of use in one session. The flexible and ergonomically designed Pack is able to treat larger areas of the body such as the back, thigh, calf and stomach etc. The Pack is also designed to be compatible with the Neo G range of orthopaedic supports, to maintain a constant and secure position on the affected area and controlled compression when required. How To Use: Ensure Pack is at room temperature before heating or cooling. HOT WATER - Remove all packaging and place Pack in heat resistant bowl, cover entire Pack with approx. 1.5 litres of boiling water and leave immersed for 5Ð8 minutes. With caution, pour water from bowl, remove Pack, dry with a towel, place into protector sleeve and apply to affected area. FREEZE - Remove all packaging. Place Pack in freezer for approximately 120 minutes. Remove Pack from freezer with caution, place into protector sleeve and apply to affected area. Apply Hot or Cold therapy for as long as comfortable, but for no more than 10 Ð15 minutes at a time. If using alongside a Neo G support, apply loosely and ensure compression is not too tight.

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure  that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)

Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. All of our new products are UK supplied and come with a complete warranty in the same way that you would receive a warranty if you bought a product from a traditional retail shop.

 

All of our new products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.


After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.


Please note that all "Pre-owned" power products come with 3 months parts and labour warranty, and home engineer call out.
