An elegant design without welds or joints, giving it unique form and strength. It has large front wheels which makes it easy to cross over kerbs. The rear wheels have built-in soft suspension which makes The Lets Fly run softly and smoothly. The seat on Lets Fly is made of artificial leather with a beautiful white seam. It is soft and comfortable to sit on, yet water resistant and durable. The hole in the middle is used when folding. The ergonomically designed rubber handles on the Lets Fly give a firm and comfortable grip. The raised front part of the handle is designed to give a more agreeable thumb grip. The handle height can be adjusted from 82 to 91 cm with a simple snap lock, which fixes the handle in the desired position. When the rollator is folded it is only 20 cm wide, it stands by itself and is easy to take with you. The bag is also easily folded together with the rollator. All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled, or be assembled and checked here prior to delivery. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and all of the packaging will be disposed of for you. The cost for this service is £95.00 and it can be selected in the checkout when placing your order (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses))
Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus
If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Please remember there may be some self assembly involved. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!
We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days of receipt of delivery, as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. All of our new power products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.
After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.
