This replaces the previous model, the standard Drive Mercury Envoy 8 mobility and also the successful Neo 8 mobility scooter. A comfortable ride is assured with the all-round suspension system fitted as standard to smooth out the bumps along the way. The tiller is adjustable so can be altered to suit the users preferred position, and the Drive Mercury Envoy 8+ mobility scooter comes with a "delta" steering control. This is more comfortable for longer journeys, and makes controlling the mobility scooter easier for those who have weakness in the hands or issues with grip. It also incorporates a clear LCD display unit usually only seen on the Cobra mobility scooter to give you all the information you require. All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!
