Van Os mobility scooters have added together the qualities of both the Galaxy and Galaxy Plus mobility scooter and have developed a new 8mph mobility scooter with a completely new look: the Van Os Excel Galaxy II mobility scooter.

The Van Os Excel Galaxy II mobility scooter is equipped with all the qualities of the Excel Galaxy mobility scooter and one or two differences. The comfortable seat has an adjustable backrest that can be altered to your individual requirements. There is a user friendly and intuitive dashboard with tip-touch controls. The motor is whisper quiet and there are telescopic shock absorbers to ensure a smooth comfortable ride.

The Van Os Excel Galaxy II mobility scooter comes with 50 amp batteries capable of carrying someone up to 27.5 stone just over 20 miles between charges. If this is not enough for you, there is the option to upgrade the batteries to heavy duty 75 amp versions which extend the maximum range to just over 30 miles.

All the usual refinements such as a full lights and indicator package, adjustable tiller and a removable shopping basket are included as standard features. We think this is robust, stylish 8mph mobility scooter and the choice of colours allow you to really personalise the mobility scooter to your own taste.

All of our mobility scooters are supplied with batteries and a charger, free courier delivery to your door and 12 months parts and labour warranty including home engineer call out all for the published price. We also give you 3 months' FREE insurance and breakdown cover to start your mobility scooter ownership feeling safe and secure.

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure  that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)

Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in it's original packaging. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

You can order your new product in a variety of ways to suit you:

  2. Fill in the contact form with an outline of the product that you would like and we will fill in the form for you.

Payments:

You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or we can organise a bank transfer for you. We also accept Paypal. Your payment can be made to the delivery person in certain circumstances when our Accompanied Delivery option is selected (please check with us for details). We do not offer payment terms or finance plans.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
