We are pleased to say that the trusted name of Electric Mobility, known for their stylish "Rascal" range of mobility scooters have now launched the Smilie. This is a lightweight, folding scooter using Lithium-ion battery technology. The Smilie folds easily for storage and transportation measuring in at 30.3” x 19.7” x 20”. It can be stored vertically or horizontally for your convenience.
There are two battery sizes available, depending on range you will need from the scooter. The standard 11a/h battery has a maximum distance between charges of up to 7.5 miles. If that isn't far enough for you, there is the option of a larger 17a/h battery upgrade offering a maximum range of just over 11 miles. The standard sized battery is airline safety approved. There is a smart, delta tiller and the armrests are adjustable and easily removed.
Available in two brand new colours, Sky Blue and Peach, we are sure the Rascal Smilie will be a big hit this summer.

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)
If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in it's original packaging.
