Here at Mobility Scooters Plus we see a lot of new mobility scooters come to market. However, it has been some time since we got as excited about a Mobility Scooter as we are about the Monarch Smarti remote control foldable mobility scooter from Monarch Mobility scooters.

This incredible folding mobility scooter is not only easily stored and transported, but also has an incredible "Remote Control" opening and closing action. No more bending over to unfasten clips and pull levers, just push a button on the key fob and watch the Monarch Smarti mobility scooter unfold effortlessly in front of you! The powerful motors smooth action take this mobility scooter from folded for storage to ready to use in under 20 seconds.

Currently available in Red or Blue, the Monarch Smarti mobility scooter is a very capable model, having a user weight capacity of 21 stone, a lot more than most folding mobility scooters. The lightweight Lithium-ion battery technology weighs just over five pounds but is capable of taking you up to 10 miles on a full charge. Standard features on the Monarch Smarti mobility scooter are a comfortable folding padded seat, height adjustable telescopic tiller and flip up armrests. You also benefit from a variable speed dial, delta tiller bar and key start as standard for extra security.

Optional extras available include an Off-board Charging Dock and you can also purchase a spare Lithium-ion battery pack to extend your journey on longer days out. This folding mobility scooter model is usually carried for free by most major airlines (Please check with your airline prior to travelling)

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure  that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)

Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in it's original packaging. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

You can also use your PayPal account to order via the website.

You can order your new product in a variety of ways to suit you:

Payments:

You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or we can organise a bank transfer for you. We also accept Paypal. Your payment can be made to the delivery person in certain circumstances when our Accompanied Delivery option is selected (please check with us for details). We do not offer payment terms or finance plans.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
