The Monarch Mini 4 is a superbly designed lightweight, transportable mobility scooter. Easily coming apart in seconds, the Mini 4 is very easily placed in the back of your vehicle for days out or shopping trips. The tubular construction adds strength to the frame, being capable of carrying a user up to 21 stone in weight, yet still remains lightweight for ease of transportation and storage.
Many useful features are included such as a front basket and as an added extra an under seat basket as well. The seat includes adjustable armrests that also flip up to allow easier access on and off the scooter. The controls situated on the comfortable, Delta Grip tiller are clear and easy to operate including a gauge to show you the power level of the battery, a horn and a speed adjustment knob.
As standard, the Monarch Mini 4 comes with 2 x 18 a/h batteries to give a maximum range of up to 12.4 miles in between charges. if you need your scooter to go further, there is the option to upgrade to Mini 4 Plus version with a heavy duty battery box that will increase the maximum range to a generous 18.6 miles. To ensure you are comfortable on your journey there are rear shock absorbing springs.

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)
If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Please remember there may be some self assembly involved. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!
We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days of receipt of delivery, as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. All of our new products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.
After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.
