The all new Mikra from ROMA Medical is the latest lightweight mobility scooter to be launched by the same company who brought us the well known Shoprider range of mobility scooters. This modern looking scooter has been designed with the user in mind from both a convenience and functionality point of view.

The Mikra comes apart very easily for transportation and storage, the heaviest part weighing in at just 32 lbs making it more manageable than many other models. To enhance this the battery pack splits into two sections, making it easier to fit into the boot of a car.All the standard features you would expect to find on a quality lightweight mobility scooter are found on the Mikra. The seat has a full swivel function and the armrests are width adjustable as well as having the ability to flip up out of the way when getting on or off your scooter.


Non-marking 8" puncture proof tyres come as standard, giving the Mikra a very respectable ground clearance of 3.5" which is extremely rare for a scooter in this class. Add in an adjustable tiller as standard and the Mikra ticks all the boxes for a competent, comfortable lightweight mobility scooter.

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure  that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)

Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in it's original packaging. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

You can order your new product in a variety of ways to suit you:

  2. Fill in the contact form with an outline of the product that you would like and we will fill in the form for you.

Payments:

You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or we can organise a bank transfer for you. We also accept Paypal. Your payment can be made to the delivery person in certain circumstances when our Accompanied Delivery option is selected (please check with us for details). We do not offer payment terms or finance plans.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
