The Shoprider Valencia mobility scooter from Roma Medical mobility scooters is a great mobility scooter for those who are looking for a larger transportable, lightweight mobility scooter. It’s dimensions allow it to accommodate a larger person (up to 21 stone) and provide the user with a much improved ride quality, which is further improved by the padded, higher back seat. 

Of course this is a transportable, folding mobility scooter and the clever design makes it simple to lift in and out of your car. The two 34ah batteries are housed in individual packs, this allows the batteries to be removed one at a time. The swivel seat is removable and then once the tiller has been folded flat, the rear section of your mobility scooter is easily disconnected from the front. There are no wires to worry about and so reassembly is also very straightforward.

In addition to the swivel function, the padded seat can also be adjusted forwards and backwards, a rare feature for a transportable, folding mobility scooter. This, coupled with the adjustable tiller makes finding the optimum seating position very easy. The Shoprider Valencia mobility scooter is now supplied in an attractive electric blue or the more traditional red. For extra peace of mind when you are out and about, this model is now supplied with solid puncture proof tyres at no extra cost.

Standard delivery for the Shoprider Valencia mobility scooter is free of charge, or you can opt for a personal delivery for a small extra charge. The spilt battery pack can either be charged on or off the mobility scooter for maximum flexibility.

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure  that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)

Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in it's original packaging. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

You can order your new product in a variety of ways to suit you:

Payments:

You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or we can organise a bank transfer for you. We also accept Paypal. Your payment can be made to the delivery person in certain circumstances when our Accompanied Delivery option is selected (please check with us for details). We do not offer payment terms or finance plans.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
