This robust, compact scooter offers many of the features usually only found on larger, road legal mobility scooters. Firstly, there is the seat. This is a tall back, comfortable Captain style seat with an adjustable headrest and a positional backrest. It has a swivel feature and the ability to slide forwards and backwards so you can find the ideal riding position. You can set the height to your own requirements and the armrests are multi-functional, offering both height and width adjustment and can be folded up to make it easier to get on and off your scooter.
Apart from the comfort the seat offers, there are pneumatic tyres to improve the ride quality. When you pair this with the in-built suspension system to the front and rear, this is one of the most comfortable pavement scooters on the market today. The MM4 also comes equipped with a complete lighting suite front and back including navigation lights, indicators and hazard warning lights. All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)
If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Please remember there may be some self assembly involved. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!
We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days of receipt of delivery, as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. All of our new products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.
After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.
