Once it is fitted, the alarm can be operated simply via the supplied remote control, that is small enough to slip easily into a pocket or handbag. Once set, it detects vibrations and if disturbed emits a 113 decibel tone that can be heard from quite a distance. The alarm can then be reset again via the remote control.

This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled, or be assembled and checked here prior to delivery. Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus
If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Please remember there may be some self assembly involved. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!
We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days of receipt of delivery, as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.
After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.
