The Scooterpac mobility scooter canopy is cleverly designed to offer you the best of both worlds. A fully functioning canopy to protect you when needed, that folds away at the back of your scooter when it is not required.
A great deal of research went into the Scooterpac canopy to ensure it is compatible with the majority of mobility scooters, from a small transportable to a much larger 8mph machine. The lightweight aluminium frame won't affect the ride quality and ensures you do not have to worry about anything rusting. Once fitted to your scooter, opening and closing takes around a minute, aided by the colour coded velcro fastenings to guide you.
If at some point in the future you decide to change your scooter for a new model, the Scooterpac can be removed and reattached, unlike most canopy's that are designed specifically for that particular scooter. Easy opening zip sides allow access to your scooter and a solid perspex windscreen is also included. When not in use, the Scooterpac sits neatly behind your seat in its own cover.
The initial fitting takes around twenty minutes for an able bodied person and a comprehensive guide is included. This has been simplified on the latest version so no tools are required to fit your canopy. There is even an instructional video available to help you through the process. All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled, or be assembled and checked here prior to delivery. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and all of the packaging will be disposed of for you. Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus
If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Please remember there may be some self assembly involved. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!
We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days of receipt of delivery, as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. All of our new power products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.
After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.
