Following on from the success of their K-Lite Comfort lightweight mobility scooter, Kymco have now launched a remote control, lightweight folding version utilising Lithium-ion battery technology. The all new K-Lite FE has been designed as a true lightweight mobility scooter with the added convenience of a remote control folding mechanism. Simple to operate, this model is sure to become one our most popular over the summer months.

The scooter has been designed to be as manageable as possible.The seat can be removed to bring the weight of the scooter to under 50lbs, making the K-Lite FE one of the lightest automatic folding scooters on the market today. Numerous features have been added to this model for your convenience and safety. There is an anti-rollback mechanism to ensure you are safe to start and stop on hills and slopes. There is a convenient under seat storage bag for your personal effects and a bright LED light on the front if you are out in dark or dusky conditions.

The armrests adjust for height and width as well as folding away to make it easier to get on and off the scooter. The scooter folds using a remote control key fob with clear controls and there are also buttons on the tiller as well. If for any reason this fails, such as a flat battery or a lost remote control, there is an easy access foot pedal to manually fold your scooter. The lightweight, Lithium-ion battery weighs just over 3.5lbs and is easily removed to allow you to charge the battery away from the scooter and leave it in the car.

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled, or be assembled and checked here prior to delivery. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and all of the packaging will be disposed of for you. The cost for this service is £95.00 and it can be selected in the checkout when placing your order (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses))

Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Please remember there may be some self assembly involved. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days of receipt of delivery, as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs (unless the item is being returned due to a fault) Collection can be arranged if required, just contact us on 01572 720699.

All of our new power products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.

After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.
