This is a customer return, essentially in as new condition. This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a compact powerchair with the aded functionality of a powered seat included. Please read on below for full product details:

The ROMA Reno Seat Lift powerchair combines all of the best features from the Reno Elite, with the added benefit of a powered seat lift.This enables the user to elevate themselves to access cupboards or shelves, or just to be at a more conversational height when talking to people. This powerchair has been designed to be as easy to use as possible. It will come apart very quickly for transportation or storage. A useful feature is the fact that the armrests adjust for width, enabling the user to achieve the most comfortable position. The armrests also flip up to make transferring to and from the chair easier, further aided by the swivel seat fitted as standard.

The ROMA Reno Seat Lift can be used both indoors and outdoors, and the modest turning circle of just over 30" means that it is very manoeuvrable. A useful under seat storage basket is a feature rarely seen on powerchairs. The Reno II is also more robust than many larger powerchairs, being capable of supporting a user up to 21 stone, and carrying them up to 15 miles. The seat is a taller backed, Captain style, this offers greater comfort and support for the user who will be in the chair for longer periods of time. This extra structure to the seat also means that with this larger seat, this version of the Reno Seat Lift is fully compliant with Crash Testing regulations.

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled, or be assembled and checked here prior to delivery. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and all of the packaging will be disposed of for you. The cost for this service is £95.00 and it can be selected in the checkout when placing your order (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses))

Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Please remember there may be some self assembly involved. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days of receipt of delivery, as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs (unless the item is being returned due to a fault) Collection can be arranged if required, just contact us on 01572 720699.

All of our new power products are UK supplied and come with a complete warranty in the same way that you would receive a warranty if you bought a product from a traditional retail shop.

All of our new power products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.

After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.

Please note that all "Pre-owned" power products come with 3 months parts and labour warranty, and home engineer call out.
