Massive Thank You
Good morning Chris
I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help and understanding with Barbara's Wheelchair. It has certainly been a difficult time for her. Barbara finally managed to take receipt of the "Kymco" chair on Tuesday 30th Nov. She is really pleased with it, much better than the Roma Sirocco and the gentleman that delivered it was really helpful, kind and understanding.

Very pleasant gent
Hi Richard
Late back from the vet this afternoon where our greyhound was getting her annual injection
so I missed you, Rob and Chris. However a very pleasant gent took my details and payment
ready for you in the morning.
It is difficult to find suitable words of thanks for your superb service. I am most grateful to you
and your company for taking so much trouble to help. You may be interested to know that in
just over three weeks time I shall be celebrating my 96th birthday with a large party and a group
of Cornish Shantymen. What a pity you are not nearer.

Excellent Customer Service
Hi Paul and/or Rob (you guys sound so similar on the phone that I rarely get it right)
I took the scooter in our car to attend an appointment at South Bristol Hospital last week and it was fabulous even in very tight spaces. I reckon my choice of the three-wheeler was wise.
The scan lady was mighty impressed and let me stay on the scooter while she did her work on checking my pacemaker was functioning well (annual inspection).
On the way in I wondered why I could not outpace a party of walkers who were in my way. While sitting in the waiting area, I realised I had come in using the tortoise setting. Silly me! The return to my car was a very pleasing and high speed run that had people leaping out of my way. Ha ha.
So, thank you so much for your excellent customer service and a really good price on my little Pride scooter. All power to Mobility Scooters Plus!
