I took the scooter in our car to attend an appointment at South Bristol Hospital last week and it was fabulous even in very tight spaces. I reckon my choice of the three-wheeler was wise.
The scan lady was mighty impressed and let me stay on the scooter while she did her work on checking my pacemaker was functioning well (annual inspection).
On the way in I wondered why I could not outpace a party of walkers who were in my way. While sitting in the waiting area, I realised I had come in using the tortoise setting. Silly me! The return to my car was a very pleasing and high speed run that had people leaping out of my way. Ha ha.
So, thank you so much for your excellent customer service and a really good price on my little Pride scooter. All power to Mobility Scooters Plus!

ORDERED THE WRONG SCOOTER THOUGHT IT WAS AN AUTO FOLD BECAUSE IT SHOWED KEY FOB IN THE DISCRIPTION. POINTED THIS OUT TO THE GUY ON THE PHONE AND WE GOT IT SORTED OUT. THEY EVEN CHANGED THE ADVERT ON THE WEB PAGE SO THEY WHERE NOT TRYING MISLEAD ANYONE. THE PRICE IS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN ON THE NET. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. GOOD SERVICE, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL

This is not a formal note of satisfaction, that will follow; however my wheelchair arrived 40 minutes ago whilst I was having lunch. Unbelievable.
It was only late Friday afternoon when I spoke to you for the first time and yesterday when I confirmed to your colleague that I was happy with the colour change to black. When I was told to expect delivery later this week I thought, OK great but I wasn't holding my breath and then little more than 24 hours later it arrives.
My contact with you and your colleagues has been exceptional - polite, professional and patient.
I have yet to complete the assembly, for what it is, but I am extremely happy. Thank you.
