Just to let you know that the scooter arrived safely at around 10 am this morning and I am delighted with it. Getting the batteries fitted was the only slight niggle we had but with the aid of a youtube tutorial we soon got it sorted out. Thank you so much for your great service. Your kindness, efficiency, and extremely fast service was second to none :)
Just a few words to say how delighted I am with my new Drive Scooter I bought from you this month. So easy to cope with unfolding and refolding, nice and steady to use. It leaves a lot more boot space in my car than my previous scooter. All round good buy, so one happy customer.
Thank you so much for making sure we received the chair on Friday prior to my in-laws visit. We really appreciated the extra effort you went to meet our tight deadlines after such a late order. There is nothing we can do about my Father in Laws condition but we can mitigate some of the symptoms with small acts of kindness to ensure his comfort and wellbeing. Dear ‘Mobility Scooters Plus', I received my new ‘Whisper' scooter from you this morning. I am over the moon with the great service that you gave to me. The delivery was very good 10:15ish and the delivery man was very polite and helpful. The scooter is as good as I expected and indeed even better. (I have not tested it yet, but I am sure that all will be OK.) If you have a feedback site I will be please to comment on It very positively.

Hi Chris, Rob, Jacqui et al!!. I can't thank you enough for your patience in handling my order. This being my second purchase from your company. The first, a Sapphire 2, is still working well after six years, but deterioration in my health requires a more sophisticated machine. I have to say that the Invacare "Orion" aptly suits my needs, having a captain's seat, and the capacity to provide a faster, comfortable ride! All this at a most economical price. My "first solo" earlier today, assured me that I would travel in comfort and safety for years to come!. Again, thanks for your help and understanding - I would have no hesitation in using your company in the future!
I ordered a ‘Valencia' scooter plus extra items earlier in the year (I have seriously damaged my knee so just only started to use it) and only just started to use it. It's really great. I ordered it on a Tuesday and received every thing on the Thursday. I had a few queries and the phone was answered straight away.
