Dear ‘Mobility Scooters Plus', I received my new ‘Whisper' scooter from you this morning. I am over the moon with the great service that you gave to me. The delivery was very good 10:15ish and the delivery man was very polite and helpful. The scooter is as good as I expected and indeed even better. (I have not tested it yet, but I am sure that all will be OK.) If you have a feedback site I will be please to comment on It very positively.
Thank you for the wonderful service your company have given, my scooter was delivered on time and I am very happy with the scooter. Just a small note, what should I do if I did have any problem and do I have to keep the box delivered in just in case of any problems?
Hi Chris, Rob, Jacqui et al!!. I can't thank you enough for your patience in handling my order. This being my second purchase from your company. The first, a Sapphire 2, is still working well after six years, but deterioration in my health requires a more sophisticated machine. I have to say that the Invacare "Orion" aptly suits my needs, having a captain's seat, and the capacity to provide a faster, comfortable ride! All this at a most economical price. My "first solo" earlier today, assured me that I would travel in comfort and safety for years to come!. Again, thanks for your help and understanding - I would have no hesitation in using your company in the future!
I ordered a ‘Valencia' scooter plus extra items earlier in the year (I have seriously damaged my knee so just only started to use it) and only just started to use it. It's really great. I ordered it on a Tuesday and received every thing on the Thursday. I had a few queries and the phone was answered straight away.

I have met a plethora of arrogant 'that's the way we do things - take it or leave it' attitudes since I began looking for a mobility scooter and concluded it is as endemic in your industry as it is in the lower service levels of the NHS [but note ... NOT in top nurses and most doctors]. So I was very pleased to meet with your own very pleasant telephone style and manner of your salesmanship when, last Thursday you sold me a ‘Liteway 8' Mobility Scooter. However ... I'm too old and too much of a curmudgeon to expect salesmen's promises to be other than a general indication of intent not least once money is taken up front, be it unexplained extra cost or an incorrect delivery in detail or the goods delivered even vaguely to match those ordered ... and not least to arrive as scheduled. Today I was blown away and shown there are excellent companies out there who do all that and more. You have done what you said you would: thank you indeed. And what is more, the deliver/serviceman 'Jeff' was really very good in his job and a very very good and personable representative for his company ' Healthcare Distribution Direct Ltd'. I'd be obliged if you would let them know that?

Firstly thank you for my scooter I love it. When it first arrived I thought How big? Lol and heavy. I thought I'm never going to get that in my car, but then my son turned up, put it all together then showed me how the back comes off and how to dismantle it so will fit in my car, phew. My son took it for a spin up the street so everything is good
