All of our new products are UK supplied and come with a complete warranty in the same way that you would receive a warranty if you bought a product from a traditional retail shop.

All of our new products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). *In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.

(*Applicable to mainland UK only. Some highlands addresses may be excluded)

After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.

Please note that all "Pre-owned" power products come with 3 months parts and labour warranty, and home engineer call out (unless otherwise stated).
