The Ezi-Fold Pro from Monarch Mobility is the next innovation from this forward thinking mobility company. Following on from the already successful Ezi-Fold, this Pro version has many new features that may become common going forward on portable, folding powerchairs.

Made of lightweight but sturdy materials, the Ezi-Fold Pro has an impressive weight capacity of up to 23 stones, yet only weighs in at 26 kilos including the battery. Due to the lightweight construction using aluminium and magnesium alloys, the Ezi-Fold Pro has a maximum range of up to 15 miles. This model also has the addition of suspension and a pressure relieving seat for added levels of comfort. The issue of storage has also been addressed as there is an underseat storage bag, along with a net bag attached to the armrest to carry personal effects.

The Ezi-Fold Pro is simple to control using the responsive joystick on the control unit. This also displays the level of battery charge, allows you to adjust your speed and has a warning horn to alert people of your presence. The Pro version also has the addition of an attendant remote control, allowing a carer or loved one to steer and drive the chair safely when the user is not able to do so. It also enables the user to dismount the chair and send it to another part of the room allowing more space where required and be to be recalled to the users side when required. The folding mechanism couldn't be easier. just squeeze together the clip at the rear of the powerchair and the Ezi-Fold Pro easily concertinas together and can then be stood upright. You can even tow it along behind you in trolley mode like a suitcase.

Accompanied Delivery

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled, or be assembled and checked here prior to delivery. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and all of the packaging will be disposed of for you. The cost for this service is £95.00 and it can be selected in the checkout when placing your order (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses))

Standard Delivery from Mobility Scooters Plus

If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Please remember there may be some self assembly involved. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Returns policy

We very much hope that you will love your new mobility product and get many years of pleasure and service from it. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days of receipt of delivery, as per the distance selling regulations. The product should be in "as new" condition and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs (unless the item is being returned due to a fault) Collection can be arranged if required, just contact us on 01572 720699.

All of our new power products are UK supplied and come with a complete warranty in the same way that you would receive a warranty if you bought a product from a traditional retail shop.

All of our new power products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.

After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.

Please note that all "Pre-owned" power products come with 3 months parts and labour warranty, and home engineer call out.
